Refurbishment of this electrical wholesaler’s Head Office during occupation was carried out in three phases allowing office relocations between phases. Strip outs, new partitioning, new energy saving lighting, mechanical and electrical testing were coordinated to minimise disruption to the business whilst ensuring all life support systems and security were maintained at the highest levels.
