ENWL required the upgrade and resurfacing works of this busy 24/7 depot with no loss of access and appointed Green Project Management to manage the project. Working with end users and the chosen contractor a number of logistics and transport strategies were introduced. The works also involved new petrol interceptors to meet environmental requirements along with a review of the site logistics, parking, storage, white lining and vehicle/pedestrian segregation.
The works were completed on time and within budget.
