Key Features:
Godiva Place is a student accommodation complex offering 769 bedrooms with a mix of 4-12 bedroom en-suite flats, studios and twudios. The project was constructed on a brownfield site in the heart of the busy Coventry University district, Green Project Management were instructed to project manage the scheme beginning with the demolition of existing industrial units. Along with the bedrooms the project delivered ancillary facilities, car and cycle parking with improvements to the public realm and landscaping.
The project offererd various challenges from discharging outstanding ground conditions to ensuring good quality air and noise levels, as well as minimising the effect on the local infrastructure.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Green PM were appointed to the role of Project Manager due to our proven ability in managing large, complex projects of this nature, and our experience in the HE sector. Green PM were also appointed as CDM adviser to assist with any specialist CDM requirements.
