ENWL require the upgrade of the existing car park surface including surface drainage and is to be completed at the same time as a separate scheme for the roofing works.Green PM were appointed to manage the project, working with end users and the contractor to ensure minimum disruption occurred to staff, and to ensure co-ordination with the roofing scheme so tight deadlines could be met.

The key challenge was to prevent any conflicts between the two schemes whilst ensuring the health and safety of site staff.

Green PM were invited to assist Glassblock Technologies (GBT) with their Project Management and coordination of two secured schemes in London and Oldham where GBT had been contracted to supply specialist precast floor units that incorporate banks of feature glass block lenses.
