Jonathan is the founding director of Green Project Management Ltd with proven experience of delivering projects, over recent years in Project Management to a range of public and private sector clients across a range of construction sectors.

Stephen brings considerable business leadership experience to Green PM, having been Chairman of IBI Taylor Young. Now an independent consultant his current portfolio is diverse. He continues to advise on major projects across all building and development sectors and will be working with the Green PM team to develop their strategic plan and contribute to the governance of the business.
MSc Project Management in Construction
Rachel has recently joined Green PM as Project Manager. Rachel has an MSc in Project Management in Construction, specialising in Knowledge Management within Sustainable Projects and she also has over ten years’ experience working as an Outdoor Pursuits Instructor and Expedition Leader both. Rachel brings a wealth of experience in problem solving under pressure, whilst maintaining client requirements. Rachel was formerly vice Chair of the Novus North West CIOB group.
Business Services Manager
B.A. (Hons) Law.
Hazel has been involved with Green PM since its inception and has recently taken on a full time role. She has a varied background ranging from hotel and leisure management and HR, to local government and the civil service. Her work within the public sector has given her invaluable experience of bid writing and scoring, business planning and development for small businesses and implementing quality standards. She is also an experienced trainer and a qualified teacher of English as a 2nd language.
Business Development Manager
Lesley has over 20 years’ experience in private sector construction consultancy and has worked with best in class construction organisations and individuals throughout her business development career. Prior to joining Green PM Lesley was Business Development and Marketing Manager at Taylor Young, becoming part of the wider BD team for the IBI Group in the UK, following Taylor Young`s acquisition in 2012.
Assistant Project Manager
BSc in Construction Project Management
Brian joins us as Assistant Project Manager and has over 10 years experience within the steel fabrication sector, working for some of the most renowned steel fabrication organisations in the North West. Most recently he has worked for Lundy Projects delivering some high quality work for Network Rail’s overhead signals project. Brian recently attended Salford University as a mature student where he achieved a 1st class Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Project Management.
Health & Safety
Helen takes care of most of our CDM work for clients and has many years’ experience in the property and construction industries. Her background includes asset and leasing management and facilities management and more recently she has specialised in Health & Safety. She is a member of APS, Grad. IOSH and holds several other Health & Safety qualifications including a Level 4 in Occupational Health & Safety.
Programme Management Specialist
An associate of Green Project Management, Paul forged a career in main contracting working for major and national contracting organisations. His roots were in planning and coordination before developing into management when he project managed a number of landmark projects. He then progressed to Director level overseeing operational aspects on several multi million pound schemes at any time.
Chartered Quantity Surveyor
BSc (Hons), MRICS
Tim gained his BSc Honours degree in Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics from the University of Salford and became an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 1992. His career has involved working for significant periods at some of the largest Construction and Consultancy companies in the UK, as well as small and medium sized firms.
