Accommodating the University's 6 star Management School, this 400 sqm office design over 4 floors provides the latest flexible offices and working spaces on the upper floors housing different departments. It is built around a large, light and airy central atrium with 12 metre spans and fair face concrete soffits which contribute to the building's BREEAM excellent rating.
Existing services within the footprint provided a challenge to the team who dealt with diversions, building over existing service ducts, temporary conditions and system shut downs before the main frame and works could commence whilst working on a constrained site in the centre of a busy campus.
