Green Project Management  have been instructed to manage the development proposals and to deliver this project on time for Regents Godiva. The development involves 38000 sq. ft. of industrial warehouse  being adapted to accommodate the relocation of a manufacturing and engineering company. Currently the unit is a steel portal frame located within a purpose built industrial estate with no office accommodation provided.
