Securing an extended Planning Application was the starting point for Green Project Management for this project which comprised the development of three units totalling over 55,000 square footage of modern industrial units.

Amidst a difficult High Peak topography this scheme required an appraoch that was different from the norm, and will provide an exciting employment opportunity for the local community.

Bishop Auckland development will be a new community that sets fresh standards for sustainability by providing new facilities and regenerating and blending existing neighbourhoods, the old with the new. The architects Devereux worked with Green PM for the client Ainscough Strategic Land.

Green PM offered technical advice throughout the planning stage of the project, co-ordinating input from specialists, assessing the site's constraints, services, drainage and flood risk provision.
