Disused residential property lying in disrepair to be brought back to residential use for a two year occupancy. Significant wet and dry rot present along with rising and penetrating damp. Externally the grounds were largely overgrown with vines and climbers extending over the roofs. Consideration is being given to an electronic masonry dehydration system offering long term protection. The scope of works includes for a full refurbishment of installed services.

ENWL require the upgrade of the existing car park surface including surface drainage, and white lining.Green PM were appointed to manage the project, working with end users and the contractor to ensure minimum disruption occurred to staff. A key criteria of the scheme is to maintain sufficient falls across the site ensuring adequate drainage occurs to prevent further ponding.
