A sensitive development of a tired 1930s property in need of extensive refurbishment and modernisation for Evoke Homes. Dangerous outbuildings were demolished to make way for a private courtyard of five properties. 

The design, orientation and location of the properties recognise the very latest in sustainable construction, including sedum roofs, sustainable urban drainage systems, solar water heating and high levels of insulation.

The project comprised a new build construction of two new two storey semi detached properties and the conversion of the Old School House into three two storey residential properties with associated services, infrastructure and external works. A sensitive restoration of the Old School house retaining open truss roof area, retained feature fire places and ornate stone quoins and detailing.
