This project, on behalf of Pozzoni architects and the Diocese of Chester, involved the partial refurbishment of a Church of England primary school in Stretton. Green Project Management were contracted to provide CDM-C services for the project. Work involved refurnishment to school classrooms, communal areas and other  facilities both internally and externally including upgrading fire and safety requirements and general planned maintenance.

This scheme involved the refurbishment of the existing County South catering facility, including new build extension and plant room, the work being undertaken in two phases. The project comprised the refurbishment of the existing space, including strip out and new finishes and window replacement.

A full fit out of kitchen equipment was also included, along with mechanical and electrical upgrades.
