Along with many industry colleagues The Green Team had a great evening at the annual RICS Dinner at The Point (Lancashire Cricket Club), catching up with old friends and making some new ones.  There was a huge turnout for the evening - apparently the biggest ever RICS dinner, and Rob Higginson (Chairman) described this as a 'great barometer for the region and an indication of how successful we have been, how confident we are and how, working together, we can achieve spectacular things.'

Coventry University has been revealed as one of the fastest-growing universities in the country - helping fuel the surge in demand for more accommodation in the city.

The university saw student numbers shoot up by eight per cent in 2016, as 8,130 people accepted places on full-time undergraduate degree courses across the university, which also has campuses in London and Scarborough.

Its continued success made it the second-fastest growing university and third largest in the UK for annual full time acceptances.See below for the full article
